The Steel Academy network

The Steel Academy network is a platform for exchange of experience, dissemination of information and knowledge sharing between the steel industry and the academic world.

The Steel Academy network is for everyone who, in their professional role, has a common point of contact within the academic world and the steel industry, for example:

  • Adjunct professors
  • Industrial PhD students
  • Master's thesis students
  • Persons in the business community who also participate in reference groups and boards at various educational institutions.

The purpose of the network is to be a platform for exchange of experience, dissemination of information and knowledge sharing between academia and the steel industry.

The network is coordinated by Jernkontoret, the Swedish steel producers' association.
