KOMPET is a project that has been running for three years (2021-2024) that aims to work with challenges linked to skills supply in the metal industry.The goal has been to change thinking and working methods through concrete activities in companies and industry organizations.Raising awareness of challenges has been an important part because it is a first step to change and this requires courage and readiness to handle reactions.It also requires change by several actors from different perspectives, which also requires collaboration.Collaboration has therefore been crucial in the project and in that we have also gained insights into the fact that this is particularly difficult.
